Incluye la envoltura nuclear, los lisosomas y las vesículas, el retículo endoplásmico y el aparato de Golgi, que cubriremos en breve. Aunque no técnicamente dentro de la célula, la membrana plasmática está incluida en el sistema endomembrano porque, como verás, interactúa con los otros orgánulos endomembranosos. Ninguno de los orgánulos que componen el sistema endomembrano se encuentra en procariotas a excepción de la membrana plasmática.
