    Propósito de la actividad

    • Los estudiantes se familiarizarán con y podrán identificar los componentes requeridos y diseñar el formato de un informe formal de negocios.

    Materiales requeridos

    • Copias impresas de un informe formal (1 por par)
    • Hoja de Trabajo de Búsqueda del Tesoro (1 por par)

    Instrucciones de actividad

    1. Haz que los estudiantes se pongan en parejas y den a cada equipo una copia de un informe formal y una hoja de trabajo de búsqueda del tesoro.
    2. Juntos, los estudiantes deben responder las preguntas de la hoja de trabajo encontrando las respuestas dentro del informe formal.
    3. El primer equipo en terminar con todas las respuestas correctas es el “ganador”. Utilizo una copia de nuestro informe anual de rendición de cuentas universitarias que se publica en línea, pero hay muchas corporaciones y agencias gubernamentales que también publican sus informes anuales al público.

    Debrief de preguntas/actividades

    • Revise las respuestas de la hoja de trabajo con la clase y proporcione más explicaciones sobre los componentes y el formato a medida que avanza. Por ejemplo: ¿Qué notaste de la numeración de páginas? ¿Cómo se etiquetaron e introdujeron las gráficas y tablas en el texto? ¿Cómo se formatea la tabla de contenidos?

    Variaciones de actividad

    • Podría adaptar esto a un curso en línea usando versiones digitales de un informe formal y haciendo que los estudiantes completen un cuestionario en línea.
