    El desarrollo efectivo de la estrategia de crecimiento no solo necesita tener en cuenta el estado actual y futuro del valor del cliente y el comportamiento competitivo, sino que también debe considerar cómo cambiarán esos estados de la naturaleza. Aquí, hemos revisado algunas tendencias básicas en mercados competitivos que tienden a evolucionar hacia la mercantilización hasta que una empresa perceptiva y de aprendizaje rápido pueda moverla en una dirección diferente. También hemos visto cómo tal dinámica puede ser capturada en el marco 3-Circle. La dinámica recuerda que las competiciones de vida y mercado tienen algunos elementos circulares: los patrones se repiten, se influyen entre sí y las personas que obtienen la comprensión más rápida del valor buscado en el sistema a menudo terminan ganando. No es un ciclo interminable, sin embargo. Hemos definido una serie de 10 pasos discretos que ayudarán a formar la base de un proyecto de estrategia de crecimiento productivo.
