Naram-Sin lidera a su ejército victorioso por una montaña, ya que el pueblo Lullubi vencido cae ante él.
Este monumento representa la victoria acadio sobre la gente de la Montaña Lullubi. En el siglo XII a.C.E., mil años después de que se hiciera originalmente, el rey elamita, Shutruk-Nahhunte, atacó Babilonia y, según su posterior inscripción, la estela fue llevada a Susa en lo que hoy es Irán. Una estela es un monumento o marcador vertical de piedra a menudo inscrito con texto o talla en relieve.
