Con toda honestidad, es un nombre terrible con un origen dudoso (se remonta a los estudiosos aristóteles que acuñaron el término para referirse al contenido del que habló Aristóteles en el libro después de la Física —literalmente significa 'después de la física'), pero parece que estamos atrapados con él. En las siguientes secciones, veremos algunas formas de aplicar lo aprendido en las diez partes anteriores de este texto a nuestro estudio de la metafísica. Esto de ninguna manera pretende ser una mirada exhaustiva a la intersección del razonamiento crítico y la metafísica. En cambio, buscamos modelar alguna aplicación básica de conceptos que te ayuden a pensar en usos adicionales de estas herramientas en tus propios estudios.
