El elemento más importante en tu éxito en la universidad es desarrollar las habilidades de un alumno autorregulado. Los alumnos autorregulados desarrollan varias habilidades y hábitos clave que los convierten en aprendices efectivos y los practican en un proceso iterativo que consta de tres fases:
- Establecer metas y hacer planes estratégicos
- Monitorizar el desempeño y el progreso hacia tus metas
- Reflexionar sobre las fases anteriores y luego tomar decisiones sobre cómo cambiar tu comportamiento para mejorar tus resultados (y luego repetir) 0
