Escribir un programa para implementar un código\((16, 12)\) -lineal. Su programa debería ser capaz de codificar y decodificar mensajes usando decodificación de coset. Una vez que su programa esté escrito, escriba un programa para simular un canal simétrico binario con ruido de transmisión. Compara los resultados de tu simulación con la probabilidad de error teóricamente predicha.
