- 4.1: Predicados y Cuantificadores
- A menudo dejamos que las variables representen objetos matemáticos arbitrarios. Sin embargo, como hemos visto, las variables de objeto o variables libres (a diferencia de las variables de instrucción) conducen a problemas en la lógica.
- 4.2: Manipulación de declaraciones cuantificadas
- Negar declaraciones cuantificadas en inglés puede ser complicado, pero estableceremos reglas que lo faciliten en la lógica simbólica.
- 4.3: Declaraciones vacuamente verdaderas
- Tenemos que tener cuidado con los predicados cuantificados porque es (aparentemente) posible violar la Ley de Contradicción (ver Tautología Básica 4 en el Ejemplo 1.4.1).
