- La mayoría de las veces discutiremos funciones que toman algunos números reales como entradas, y dan números reales como salidas. Estas funciones se describen comúnmente con una fórmula.
- 3.2: Funciones dadas por las gráficas
- En muchas situaciones, una función es representada por su gráfica. La gráfica de una función f es el conjunto de todos los puntos (en el plano de coordenadas) de la forma (x, f (x)), donde x está en el dominio de f.
