Propósito de la actividad
- Los estudiantes reflexionarán sobre su trabajo a lo largo del semestre y establecerán metas de escritura para lo que resta del semestre.
Materiales requeridos
- Bolígrafo
- Papel
Instrucciones de actividad
- En el último día de clase, pídales a los alumnos que se escriban una carta para ellos mismos que comience Querido Futuro Yo.
- En esta carta, enumerarán algunos puntos sobre la escritura/su propia escritura que quieran recordar en el futuro, ya que necesitarán usar las habilidades que aprendimos en esta clase a lo largo de su vida escolar y carreras. Podrían elegir recordar lecciones específicas (analizar una audiencia, usar un lenguaje sencillo) o algo que hayan aprendido sobre su proceso de escritura. A menudo les pido a los estudiantes que enumeren lo que están más orgullosos de lograr este semestre.
- Durante el examen final, les devuelvo su carta, junto con una nota de aliento.
Variaciones de actividad
- En lugar de que los alumnos se escriban una carta para ellos mismos, pídales que escriban una carta a los alumnos del próximo semestre. Pide a los alumnos que especifiquen si quieren compartir su carta con los alumnos del próximo año, luego compilar un documento de todas las cartas que hayas recibido permiso para compartir. Pido a los alumnos del primer día de clase que encuentren un consejo de alumnos anteriores que resonara con ellos y (si se sienten cómodos) compartan por qué les gustó ese consejo.
