    Propósito de la actividad

    • Los estudiantes discutirán qué elementos contribuyen a hacer un mensaje de correo electrónico centrado en la audiencia.

    Materiales requeridos

    Instrucciones de actividad

    1. Proyectar el mensaje de correo electrónico en la pantalla.
    2. Lea el mensaje en voz alta a los alumnos.
    3. Pida a los estudiantes que discutan en parejas qué funciona bien en el mensaje y por qué y cómo el mensaje mantiene a la audiencia a la vanguardia.
    4. Informar la actividad con los alumnos.

    Debrief de preguntas/actividades

    • ¿Qué funciona bien en el correo electrónico y por qué?
    • ¿Cómo mantiene este mensaje a la audiencia a la vanguardia? (Cosas a destacar: uso de tu actitud, tono cálido y amigable, lenguaje inclusivo, valida las emociones/sentimientos/necesidades del público, etc)
