    Propósito de la actividad

    • Los estudiantes practicarán la lectura e interpretación de un anuncio de trabajo.
    • Los estudiantes analizarán qué habilidades serían requeridas (o esenciales), “agradables de tener” y transferibles.

    Materiales requeridos

    • Copias de un currículum ficticio
    • Copias de un anuncio de empleo de muestra (para que coincida con el currículum ficticio, lo mejor es encontrar un anuncio para un puesto en administración de oficinas o soporte administrativo)

    Instrucciones de actividad

    1. Con la clase, discutir y definir calificaciones “requeridas” o “esenciales”, calificaciones agradables de tener y habilidades transferibles.
    2. Distribuir folletos.
    3. Colocar a los estudiantes en grupos pequeños.
    4. Pida a los estudiantes que trabajen con su grupo para discutir y decidir qué calificaciones se considerarían esenciales, agradables de tener y transferibles y por qué. Recuérdele a los estudiantes que estén preparados para compartir durante el interrogatorio.
    5. Informar la actividad.

    Debrief de preguntas/actividades

    • ¿Qué calificaciones crees que son esenciales y por qué?
    • ¿Qué calificaciones crees que son agradables de tener y por qué?
    • ¿Qué calificaciones podrían ser transferibles y por qué?
    • ¿Qué le reveló esta revisión, discusión y análisis sobre los anuncios de empleo y su interpretación? (Destaque que los anuncios de empleo suelen enumerar cada calificación que la compañía idealmente le gustaría tener, pero a menudo hay oportunidad de resaltar qué habilidades tiene que son transferibles y podrían ser sustituibles y/o igualmente valiosas. Esto luego a menudo se convierte en una buena discusión y lección sobre la escritura persuasiva en documentos de empleo.)
