- Elige un anuncio y escribe un breve párrafo identificando ethos, pathos y logos en él.
- Escribe un párrafo conectando la narrativa de Brenda Knights' con el resto del capítulo o con tu propia experiencia.
- Elige tres anuncios en tres géneros diferentes: anuncio en línea, anuncio impreso, anuncio de televisión (normalmente puedes encontrarlos en Youtube si no tienes TV). Escribe algunos párrafos comparando sobre cómo estos tres anuncios usan ethos, pathos y logos.
- Elija uno de los siguientes escenarios. Luego, usando el Espectro de Aliados, identifica qué cuña ocupa actualmente la persona, a dónde te gustaría cambiarla y cómo la conseguirás allí.
- Estás cansado del costo de vida en Vancouver y quieres mudarte a Calgary, pero a tu pareja le gusta estar activa al aire libre y no quiere dejar el estilo de vida de Vancouver.
- Su empresa tiene un sitio web desactualizado que a menudo recibe quejas de los clientes. Desafortunadamente, el sitio web fue hecho por su compañero de trabajo Ned. Ned piensa que es un gran sitio web, y es muy sensible a las críticas, pero le apasionan las nuevas tecnologías y el diseño de sitios web.
- La semana pasada sonó una alarma de incendio en la mitad de clase y la clase perdió 45 minutos de tiempo de instrucción. Debido a esto, no llegaste a terminar tu sesión de revisión por pares. Quieres pedirle a tu instructor que te dé una semana extra para trabajar en tu tarea para que puedas terminar el proceso de revisión por pares. Esto va a incomodar a tu instructor, pero crees que la clase va a crear un mejor trabajo, lo que recortará su tiempo de marcado.
