Tu empleador espera que actúes profesionalmente y exhibas ciertos comportamientos. Tu trabajo depende de tu capacidad para ayudar a tu empleador a ganar dinero. Si el negocio pierde dinero, tu trabajo puede desaparecer. En la parte superior de su lista de expectativas, la mayoría de los empleadores incluirían el compromiso, el entusiasmo, la confiabilidad, la honestidad y la voluntad de aprender y aceptar comentarios. En el Cuadro 1 se detalla lo que se entiende por estas características, que en conjunto serían consideradas profesionalismo.
