Quizás lees un libro para educarte. A lo mejor tu lugar de trabajo ha patrocinado la capacitación en esta área. O bien, quizás conozcas a alguien que experimente estas barreras de primera mano y que haya compartido sus frustraciones o percepciones contigo. En el caso de Lulu, un posible cliente llamó su atención sobre el tema. No importa cómo ganes tu conciencia, es importante que romper las barreras se convierta tanto en sentido común como en práctica común.
