La técnica de compresión LZW se describe a continuación y se aplica a dos ejemplos. Se consideran tanto codificadores como decodificadores. El algoritmo de compresión LZW es “reversible”, lo que significa que no pierde ninguna información, el decodificador puede reconstruir exactamente el mensaje original.
