Qué hay de nuevo
Esta versión del libro, la Segunda Edición, mejora la edición de 2016. Las mejoras incluyen:
- Corrección de erratas identificadas en la compilación de 2016 y muchas mejoras menores.
- Renumeración de capítulos y material frontal agregado.
- Adición de nuevo contenido: el modelo PESTEL en el Capítulo 2, el estudio de caso Qualtrax en el Capítulo 7, y la revisión sustantiva del Capítulo 16 Hostelería y Turismo.
