- 9.0: Preludio a Estructurar Organizaciones
- Una vez que una empresa haya completado el proceso de planeación, deberá organizar la empresa para que pueda implementar ese plan. Un gerente dedicado a la organización asigna recursos (personas, equipos y dinero) para lograr los objetivos de una empresa. Los gerentes exitosos se aseguran de que todas las actividades identificadas en el proceso de planeación sean asignadas a alguna persona, departamento o equipo y que todos tengan los recursos necesarios para realizar las actividades asignadas.
