- Pasamos buena parte de nuestro tiempo siendo reclutados por organizaciones, entrando en nuevas organizaciones, aclimatándonos a nuevas organizaciones y eventualmente dejando organizaciones. Este capítulo va a enfocarse en el proceso de reclutamiento, socialización y salida de organizaciones.
- 9.2: Reclutamiento
- Las organizaciones gastan mucho tiempo y dinero reclutando personas para trabajar en organizaciones. En esta sección se va a examinar el proceso de reclutamiento de nuevos miembros de la organización. Lo creas o no, el reclutamiento es muy importante para una organización porque el reclutamiento deficiente puede ser un error muy costoso.
- 9.3: Socializar
- El proceso que una organización utiliza para asegurar que los nuevos miembros adquieran actitudes, comportamientos, conocimientos y habilidades necesarios para convertirse en miembros productivos de la organización. Se puede definir como el proceso que utiliza una organización para asegurar que los nuevos miembros adquieran las actitudes, comportamientos, conocimientos necesarios y habilidades para convertirse en miembros productivos de la organización. En esencia, la socialización organizacional es un proceso de por vida que atraviesan los individuos desde la infancia hasta la jubilación.
- 9.4: Desenganchar
- Hay tres fases primarias de socialización organizacional. Los dos primeros fueron discutidos en la sección anterior. En esta sección, vamos a examinar la parte final de la socialización organizacional, cómo los individuos van a desvincularse de una organización. Para ayudarnos a entender la desvinculación, vamos a examinar dos tipos de desvinculación organizacional y los pasos de la separación.
