Una variable aleatoria discreta es una variable aleatoria que solo tiene valores discretos. Los valores discretos están relacionados con el conteo de números.
Ejemplos de variables aleatorias discretas
- El número cuando se enrolla un dado. Valores posibles = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6}
- El número de cabezas al voltear dos monedas. Valores posibles = {0, 1, 2}
- Número de Hermanos que tienes. Valores Posibles = {0, 1, 2,...} Aquí no sabemos el máximo, pero los valores posibles siguen siendo números enteros.
