En este artículo se discute el algoritmo de eliminación gaussiana, uno de los algoritmos numéricos más fundamentales e importantes de todos los tiempos. Se utiliza para resolver ecuaciones lineales de la forma
\[\mathbf{A} \vec{x} = \vec{b},\]
donde\(\mathbf{A}\) es una\(N\times N\) matriz conocida,\(\vec{b}\) es un vector conocido de longitud\(N\), y\(\vec{x}\) es un vector desconocido de longitud\(N\). El objetivo es encontrar\(\vec{x}\). El algoritmo de eliminación gaussiana es implementado por la función scipy.linalg.solve
de Scipy.
