Los contratos de derecho de paso, también conocidos como acuerdos de servidumbre, se negocian entre el propietario y el operador del oleoducto, otorgando al operador el derecho de construir, operar y mantener el oleoducto en la propiedad. Si se estuviera planificando un gasoducto en su propiedad, ¿cuáles son algunos de los puntos respecto al acuerdo de servidumbre que le gustaría discutir y aclarar con el agente de tierras?
