Se trata de un anfibolito masivo. La parada de campo parece haber sido utilizada como cantera de roca y volcadura para la construcción de carreteras. Tenga en cuenta la articulación en las rocas (especialmente en la 2da foto).

Racimos entrelazados de hornblende (anfíbol, verde en ppl) y cuarzo.
