    Estas notas para Computación Científica son principalmente para las carreras de Matemáticas y suponen que no hay conocimiento previo de análisis o métodos numéricos. Este curso consta tanto de métodos numéricos como de física computacional. El contenido de los métodos numéricos incluye temas estándar como aritmética IEEE, búsqueda de raíces, álgebra lineal, interpolación y mínimos cuadrados, integración, diferenciación y ecuaciones diferenciales. El contenido físico incluye sistemas dinámicos no lineales con el péndulo como modelo, y dinámica de fluidos computacional con un enfoque en el flujo bidimensional estable más allá de un rectángulo o un círculo.
