Un presupuesto maestro es una colección de todos los presupuestos separados para diferentes elementos de un negocio combinados en un solo informe. Los presupuestos maestros contienen presupuestos operativos que incluyen metas de ventas y costos asociados de producción, que resultan en la cuenta de resultados presupuestada. Los presupuestos financieros como los presupuestos de efectivo y gastos de capital se incluyen en el balance presupuestado.
