- Identificar los sonidos cardíacos S1 y S2
- Diferenciar entre sonidos cardíacos normales y anormales
- Modificar las técnicas de evaluación para reflejar las variaciones a lo largo de la vida
- Documentar acciones y observaciones
- Reconocer y reportar desviaciones significativas de las normas
La evaluación del sistema cardiovascular incluye una historia clínica exhaustiva y un examen detallado del corazón y del sistema vascular periférico. [1] Las enfermeras deben incorporar afirmaciones subjetivas y hallazgos objetivos para obtener pistas sobre posibles signos de disfunción. Los síntomas como fatiga, indigestión e hinchazón de las piernas pueden ser benignos o pueden indicar algo más siniestro. Como resultado, las enfermeras deben estar atentas al recopilar información integral para utilizar su mejor juicio clínico al brindar atención al paciente.
