Objetivos de aprendizaje
Al final de la unidad, podrás:
- Determine su compatibilidad con el aprendizaje a distancia
- Identificar políticas y procedimientos relacionados con el curso
- Identificar características de salud que afectan la seguridad del ejercicio
- Diferenciar entre actividad física y ejercicio
- Evalúa tus dimensiones actuales de bienestar
- Enumere los comportamientos que contribuyen a un estilo de vida de bienestar y cómo sus comportamientos se comparan con ellos
- Describir las etapas del cambio de comportamiento y determinar su etapa para varios comportamientos relacionados con el bienestar
- Identificar las estrategias en la creación de un plan individualizado para cambiar un comportamiento relacionado con el bienestar
Como con cualquier viaje, es más fácil comenzar si te preparas adecuadamente. Las evaluaciones en la Unidad 1 te ayudarán a hacer precisamente eso.
