Objetivos de aprendizaje
Al final de la unidad, usted será capaz de:
- Discuta su progreso de forma física basándose en los resultados de la evaluación y los registros
- Evalúa tu aprendizaje general
- Discutir el impacto del fitness y el bienestar en la salud
Y el ganador es... ¡Tú! Tus programas de acondicionamiento físico terminan y has llegado a la meta del curso. ¡Date una palmadita abundante en la espalda! Por supuesto, para continuar por el camino hacia la buena salud, debes “¡Sigue adelante!” mucho después de que termine esta clase. En esta última unidad, mirarás hacia atrás en tu progreso y hacia adelante a los eventos actuales sobre la salud y cómo podrían afectarte.
