Además de las pruebas automatizadas y las pruebas con tecnologías de asistencia (AT), las pruebas manuales son una parte importante de la auditoría de accesibilidad web. Se introducirán una serie de pruebas manuales simples para que pueda obtener rápidamente una idea general de la accesibilidad de un sitio web e identificar problemas clave con solo un escaneo superficial. Para los desarrolladores que toman este curso, también se introducirán pruebas manuales más complejas, que implican el examen del código fuente y el retoque dinámico del código para probar posibles soluciones.
