Objetivos de aprendizaje
- Nombrar las diversas estructuras que puedan estar localizadas dentro del citoplasma de las bacterias.
En esta sección de Anatomía Celular Procariota estamos analizando las diversas partes anatómicas que conforman una bacteria. Como se mencionó en la introducción a esta sección, una bacteria típica generalmente consiste en:
- una membrana citoplasmática rodeada por una pared celular de peptidoglicano y tal vez una membrana externa;
- un citoplasma fluido que contiene una región nuclear (nucleoide) y numerosos ribosomas; y
- a menudo diversas estructuras externas como un glicocáliz, flagelos y pili.
