Este texto ofrece una visión general de las estrategias de diseño de investigación utilizadas en la investigación psicológica. Abarca las estadísticas descriptivas básicas y los conceptos dentro de las estadísticas inferenciales que son necesarios para la apreciación y comprensión de los hallazgos de la investigación. El curso presenta al estudiante los fundamentos de la investigación que todas las carreras de psicología deben conocer. Se pone énfasis en la evaluación crítica de la investigación psicológica.
