Se inició dentro de las 6 semanas posteriores a la cirugía
Radioterapia postoperatoria
- Lecho de tumor primario
- A través del cartílago tiroideo o hacia los tejidos blandos extralaríngeos
- Margen positivo/márgenes de cierre
- Derrames tumorales intraoperatorios
- Traqueostomía preoperatoria por tumor
- Extensión tumoral subglótica
- Cuello
- >1 metástasis
- Propagación extracapsular (ECS)
- Quimiorradiación postoperatoria
- Márgenes positivos
- ECS
Nota: La radioterapia posoperatoria puede afectar la deglución y aumentar la aspiración después de la laringectomía supraglótica o supracricoidea
