Una revisión del sistema corporal hace preguntas enfocadas relacionadas con el estado general de salud y los sistemas corporales como los sistemas cardíacos, respiratorios, neurológicos, gastrointestinales, urinarios y musculoesqueléticos. Consulte “Capítulo Recursos A” para obtener una muestra de formulario de historia de salud que contiene preguntas breves de acuerdo con los sistemas corporales. Las enfermeras suelen incorporar la revisión de las preguntas del sistema en el examen físico de cada sistema. Por ejemplo, mientras escucha sonidos intestinales en el abdomen, una enfermera a menudo pregunta sobre el patrón intestinal del paciente.
