- Historia pasada: Sin medicamentos, sin enfermedades
- Cliente se sometió a cirugía abdominal y fue trasladado de la sala de recuperación al piso quirúrgico. Letárgico y orientado x 3. Se despierta cuando se llama al nombre y responde a las preguntas de manera apropiada. Cliente califica dolor 2/10. El proveedor de atención médica evalúa los signos vitales del cliente cada 30 minutos x 2 horas.
