Multiplicar y dividir decimales es bastante simple si usas una calculadora. Al multiplicar decimales, no hay cierto orden que necesites para escribir los números en tu calculadora.

Al dividir decimales, el denominador (o el divisor) se divide en el numerador (o el dividendo). La respuesta resultante se denominó cociente. En el siguiente ejemplo, 25 se divide en 125. En tu calculadora, teclearías primero el 125 y luego el 25. Se lee como 125 dividido por 25.
