Esta sección será aún más corta, ¡porque sé aún menos de ella! Tengo entendido que, al igual que los ferromagnéticos y los antiferromagnéticos, hay una estructura de dominio, y, al igual que los antiferromagnéticos, los momentos magnéticos alternos apuntan en direcciones opuestas. Pero esto no da como resultado la cancelación completa de la magnetización de un dominio. Esto a menudo resulta si los átomos o iones alternos dentro de un dominio son especies diferentes, con momentos magnéticos desiguales.
