Mientras Peter Stubbe estaba siendo quemado y decapitado, Edmund estaba escribiendo un largo poema épico sobre mujeres peligrosas. El tropo de una seductora sobrenatural de pelo largo realmente se puso en marcha en el Renacimiento (hmm, casi al mismo tiempo que The Witch Craze, interesante). Este tropo continuaría, ganando o perdiendo popularidad periódicamente, hasta hoy.
