Este texto es un primer curso de álgebra lineal para estudiantes de ciencias e ingeniería que tienen una comprensión del álgebra básica. Todos los temas principales del álgebra lineal están disponibles en detalle, así como pruebas de teoremas importantes. Además, se introducen conexiones con temas cubiertos en cursos avanzados. El texto está diseñado de manera modular para maximizar la flexibilidad y facilitar la adaptación a un esquema de curso determinado y perfil del alumno.
