Escuchar es fundamental para el aprendizaje y una parte importante del proceso de comunicación. En una institución de capacitación parte del material del curso puede ser entregado a través de conferencias, audio y mediante instrucciones verbales. Incluso con demostraciones prácticas y videos instructivos, gran parte del contenido se entrega a través de la palabra hablada. Si no estás completamente involucrado en escuchar, perderás alguna información importante y podrás distraerte fácilmente. En un lugar de trabajo, la escucha efectiva puede ser fundamental para garantizar la seguridad de usted y sus compañeros de trabajo, y garantizar que un trabajo se complete con precisión y a tiempo.
