Las unidades métricas para la temperatura son grados Celsius (°C). No hay otras unidades utilizadas. La temperatura es una zona donde puede que te resulte necesario convertir de Celsius a Fahrenheit y viceversa, ya que probablemente no tengas dos hornos o estufas a tu disposición. Sin embargo, muchas estufas y hornos modernos, así como la mayoría de los termómetros, tienen temperaturas tanto Celsius como Fahrenheit marcadas en sus controles.
Nota: Hay muchas “aplicaciones” disponibles para convertir mediciones. Estos se pueden descargar fácilmente en un teléfono inteligente o tableta y usarse en la cocina.
