    Ejercicios

    1. Piensa en un proceso de negocio que has tenido que realizar en el pasado. ¿Cómo documentaría este proceso? ¿Un diagrama tendría más sentido que una lista de verificación? Documentar el proceso tanto como una lista de verificación como un diagrama.
    2. Revise las políticas de devolución en su minorista favorito y luego responda esta pregunta: ¿Qué sistemas de información cree que deben estar implementados para respaldar su política de devoluciones?
