Ejercicio\(\PageIndex{1}\)
Vamos\(z = x + iy\), dónde\(x, y \in \mathbb{R}\).
- Contestar
-
Usando la representación polar: let\(z_1 = r_1 \exp(i\theta_1)\) y\(z_2 = r_2 \exp(i\theta_2)\). Entonces\[\begin{align} \big|z_1\, z_2\big| &= \left|r_1 e^{i\theta_1} \, r_2 e^{i\theta_2}\right| \\ &= \left|(r_1r_2)\,e^{i(\theta_1+\theta_2)}\right| \\ &= r_1 r_2 \\ &= |z_1|\, |z_2|.\end{align}\] Usando la representación cartesiana: let\(z_1 = x_1+iy_1\) y\(z_2 = x_2+iy_2\). Para mayor comodidad, evaluamos la magnitud cuadrada:\[\begin{align} \big|z_1\, z_2\big|^2 &= \left|(x_1x_2 - y_1y_2) + i (x_1y_2+x_2y_1)\right|^2 \\ &= (x_1x_2 - y_1y_2)^2 + (x_1y_2+x_2y_1)^2 \\ &= x_1^2x_2^2 + y_1^2 y_2^2 + x_1^2y_2^2 + x_2^2 y_1^2 \\ &= \left(x_1^2 + y_1^2\right)\left(x_2^2 + y_2^2\right) \\ &= |z_1|^2 \, |z_2|^2.\end{align}\]
Ejercicio\(\PageIndex{3}\)
- Contestar
-
Usando la representación polar: let\(z_1 = r_1 \exp(i\theta_1)\) y\(z_2 = r_2 \exp(i\theta_2)\). Entonces\[\begin{align} \big(z_1\, z_2\big)^* &= \left(\left(r_1r_2\right) e^{i(\theta_1+\theta_2)}\right)^* \\ &= \left(r_1r_2\right) e^{-i(\theta_1+\theta_2)} \\ &= \left(r_1 e^{-i\theta_1}\right) \left(r_2 e^{-i\theta_2}\right) \\ &= z_1^* \, z_2^*.\end{align}\] Usando la representación cartesiana: let\(z_1 = x_1+iy_1\) y\(z_2 = x_2+iy_2\). \[\begin{align} \big(z_1\, z_2\big)^* &= \left[\left(x_1x_2 - y_1y_2\right) + i \left(x_1y_2+x_2y_1\right)\right]^* \\ &= \left(x_1x_2 - y_1y_2\right) - i \left(x_1y_2+x_2y_1\right) \\ &= \left(x_1 - iy_1\right) \left(x_2 - iy_y\right) \\ &= z_1^* \, z_2^*.\end{align}\]
Ejercicio\(\PageIndex{4}\)
Identificar el problema con esta cadena de ecuaciones:\[-1 = i \cdot i = \sqrt{-1}\,\sqrt{-1} = \sqrt{-1 \cdot -1} = \sqrt{1} = 1.\]
- Contestar
-
Ejercicio\(\PageIndex{5}\)
Con la ayuda de la fórmula de Euler, demuestre que\[\begin{align} \cos(3x) &= 4[\cos(x)]^3 -3\cos(x) \\ \sin(3x) &= 3\sin(x)-4[\sin(x)]^3 \end{align}\]
Ejercicio\(\PageIndex{6}\)
Para\(z_1, z_2 \in \mathbb{C}\) y\(\theta \in \mathbb{R}\),\(\mathrm{Re}\left[z_1 e^{i\theta} + z_2 e^{-i\theta}\right] = A \cos(\theta) + B \sin(\theta)\) demuéstralo, para algunos\(A, B \in \mathbb{R}\).
Ejercicio\(\PageIndex{8}\)
- \(\displaystyle z(t) = \left[1+\frac{\cos(\beta t)}{2}\right] \, \exp(it)\), para\(\beta = 10\) y para\(\beta = \sqrt{5}\).
- \(\displaystyle z(t) = -it \pm \sqrt{1 - t^2}\).
- \(\displaystyle z(t) = ae^{it} + be^{-it}\), para\(a = 1, b = -2\) y para\(a = 1, b = 2\).
