| Reflexión | Un gesto retórico mediante el cual un autor mira hacia atrás, a través de la brecha diegética, para demostrar los conocimientos o la comprensión adquiridos del tema sobre el que reflexiona. También puede incluir la consideración del impacto de ese tema pasado en el futuro del autor, “mirar hacia atrás para mirar hacia adelante”. |
| Brecha Diegética | A partir de la “diégesis”, la distancia temporal entre un narrador en primera persona que narra y la misma persona que actúa en los eventos de la trama. Es decir, el espacio entre autor como autor y autor como personaje. |
