El destinatario de un reporte de progreso quiere ver qué has logrado en el proyecto, en qué estás trabajando ahora, en qué planeas trabajar a continuación y cómo va el proyecto en general. Es decir, las tres secciones siguientes son clave en cualquier nota de avance o informe de progreso:
- Trabajo realizado en el (los) periodo (s) anterior
- Trabajos que se realizan actualmente
- Trabajos planeados para el siguiente (los) periodo (s)
