12.4 Los azules de 12 barras
Asociado con el género Blues, que se originó a principios de la década de 1900, la progresión del blues de 12 barras también fue popular durante la Era Swing de las décadas de 1930 y 1940, (los ejemplos incluyen “In The Mood” y “One O'Clock Jump”), así como durante los primeros años del Rock 'n' Roll in la década de 1950 (“Johnny B.
