Como puede ver, una buena estrategia de CRM convierte a extraños en clientes, clientes en amigos y amigos en defensores de su negocio. Es necesario identificar los puntos de contacto y la mensajería adecuados para impulsar a un cliente más a lo largo de este embudo.
