Este capítulo ha revisado las diferentes categorías de individuos -desde los trabajadores de la mesa de ayuda de primera línea hasta los analistas de sistemas y el director de información (CIO) -que conforman el componente de personas de los sistemas de información. El mundo de la tecnología de la información está cambiando tan rápido que se están creando nuevos roles todo el tiempo, y los roles que han existido durante décadas se están eliminando gradualmente. Dicho esto, este capítulo debería haberle dado una buena idea de la importancia del componente de personas de los sistemas de información.
