- Asignemos arbitrariamente el valor cero al potencial a una distancia infinita de una carga puntual Q. “El” potencial a una distancia r de esta carga es entonces el trabajo requerido para mover una carga positiva unitaria del infinito a una distancia r.
- 2.2B: Distribuciones de carga esféricas
- Fuera de cualquier distribución de carga esféricamente simétrica, el campo es el mismo que si toda la carga estuviera concentrada en un punto en el centro, y así, entonces, es el potencial.
