    En muchos problemas físicos tenemos condiciones de límite implícitas, lo que solo significa que tenemos ciertas condiciones que deseamos que se satisfagan. Este suele ser el caso de los sistemas definidos en un área de definición infinita. Para el caso de la ecuación de Schrödinger esto generalmente significa que requerimos que la función de onda sea normalizable. Por lo tanto, tenemos que desautorizar la función de onda que sopla al infinito. A veces asumimos implícitamente continuidad o diferenciabilidad. En general se debe tener cuidado con tales BC implícitos, que pueden ser extremadamente importantes
