    Introducción al Modelado y Análisis de Sistemas Complejos introduce a los estudiantes al modelado y análisis matemático/computacional desarrollado en el campo interdisciplinario emergente de la Ciencia de Sistemas Complejos. Los sistemas complejos son sistemas hechos de una gran cantidad de componentes microscópicos que interactúan entre sí de manera no trivial. Muchos sistemas del mundo real pueden entenderse como sistemas complejos, donde la información de importancia crítica reside en las relaciones entre las partes y no necesariamente dentro de las partes mismas.
